Kamalaya Comes To Lime Wood’s Herb House Spa In May 2018
May 2018 sees the launch of a collaboration between two of the world’s most desirable wellness destinations; Kamalaya Wellness Sanctuary & Holistic Spa in Koh Samui, Thailand and Lime Wood’s Herb House Spa, tucked away in the New Forest. Together they will be bringing guests the best of east and west in the holistic and wellness sphere.
Inspired by their ancient forest surroundings and dedicated to natural well-being, both Kamalaya and Herb House share a passion for authentic, holistic treatments and ideologies that take inspiration from centuries of wellbeing tradition. John and Karina Stewart, founders of Kamalaya, and a handful of their top therapists and mentors will take up a residency at Herb House for a series of 2-day wellness retreats, designed to give guests ‘A taste of Kamalaya’.
Taking a unique approach to complete wellbeing and personal fulfilment, Kamalaya transcends the usual spa offering to deliver an empowering holistic experience that encourages you to open your heart, rest your mind, nurture your body and engage your spirit and connect with the power and wonder within. Talks about ‘The Importance of Meditation and Mindfulness’ and ‘Stress Dissolution and Management’ help guests to understand how to dilute and diffuse the stresses of daily life. In a group, guests will enjoy Meditation, early morning yoga, Pranayama Breathing practices and forest walks.
Perfect as an introduction to Kamalaya’s approach to wellbeing, or as a restorative and reconnecting refresh for those who have experienced the healing energy of the Koh Samui based sanctuary, the 2-day retreats held at Herb House will also offer treatments and therapies, delicious healthy food, personal mentoring, a cooking class and the ultimate in laid-back luxury accommodation.
The retreat promises to:
– help you become free of conflicting and repetitive responses

– establish greater love and connection in relationships
– heal past emotions and discover a wonderful new way to get the best from life
