A stay at Prakriti Shakti allows you to luxuriate in one of 19 cottages which are available in three categories – garden, valley-view or lush foliage. Scenic balconies or verandas provide panoramic vistas of the lush Keralan surroundings, while inside there are cosy and comfortable king-size, double or twin bedrooms furnished with writing desks, seating areas and spacious bathrooms.

The ‘fireless kitchen’ at Prakriti Shakti combines the goodness of fresh raw organic ingredients with the fine taste and aesthetics of haute cuisine, serving dishes that even feature from the traditional Kerala Sadya to delicious Brownies.

Mindful eating is integral to the Clinic’s path to wellness. with dietary practices prescribed according to each individual’s needs. This takes the form of three distinct stages over the course of your stay.
