Creating the perfect environment to restore balance and renew your energy, the spa at Immerso takes a holistic approach that encourages a mindful journey into wellbeing. Facilities include a sauna, steam bath, sensory bath and three treatment rooms, one of which has a private Jacuzzi.

A 50sqm gym includes strength and cardio equipment, with a bicycle, treadmill, rowing machine, weights, resistance bands, training mat, ropes and bosu ball. This is complemented by several areas that are perfect to practise yoga alone or as part of a class, while always being close to nature. Guests can also venture out to explore the surrounding landscape in depth, on foot or on bikes provided by the hotel.

Austrian luxury brand Vinoble Cosmetics provides 100% vegan and naturally formulated products to comfort and nourish clients. Treatments include Immerso Vinotherapy, which incorporates a foot ritual and body massage. Other massage techniques offered include hot stone, sports, therapeutic and bespoke options.

A couples’ ritual includes use of the treatment room Jacuzzi, while a collection of signature body treatments ranges from the gently exfoliating Vinoble Trilogy to From the Land and Sea, in which grape seeds and sea salt leave the skin soft and glowing. Express and immersive facials are tailored to client’s individual needs.

Characterised by comfort and simplicity, accommodation at Immerso is divided between four groups: Ocean, Nature, Inspire and Suites. Ocean rooms for two are located in the main building and have private balconies with beach and sea views, while Nature rooms have views of the gardens.

Inspire rooms are located in two blocks separate to the main hotel and those on the first floor have sea and beach views. Meanwhile, spacious and comfortable Suites, which sleep up to four people (including two on a sofa bed in the living room) offer freestanding bathtubs, north-west coastal vistas and 39sqm balconies with a swing on which to relax and enjoy the scenery.

Immerso offers the best seasonal ingredients in a range of casual dining options based in its Emme restaurant. Chef Alexandre Silva has curated an evolving menu of dishes with flavours and textures designed to awaken the senses, all served in stylishly simple surroundings with open views of the valley and sea outside.

For a more elemental dining experience, head to Emme on Fire and take a seat at one of the long outdoor tables to feast on pizza from the wood-fired oven while a bonfire roars under the Ericeiran sky. Alternatively, take your meal on the Veranda or enjoy a light dish or refreshing drink at the DJ-soundtracked Pool Bar.
