Nestled in the Catalan forest, the 1,000sqm wellness centre at Camiral Golf & Wellness aims to provide long-lasting benefits for the mind, body and soul. Facility highlights include an extensive hydrotherapy suite, a hammam, a cryotherapy sauna, a fitness studio, spa pools and relaxation areas.
Guests can choose from six focused categories that provide targeted health improvements in a range of areas. Bodyworks & Rituals are two-hour retreats to awaken the senses, including personalised massage, osteopathy, reflexology and mindfulness. A selection of Wellness Programmes increase immunity support, detoxification and ageing. The Sports Recovery and Immunity Programmes incorporate state-of-the-art technology such as cryotherapy, oxygen chamber therapy and photo biomodulation. The Movement Programme features classes in yoga and Pilates, while Aesthetics & Beauty offers facials, mani-pedi and massage and detox in collaboration with partners including Aromatherapy Associates and Biologique Recherche.
In addition, a series of retreats includes options to Relax & Restore, Strengthen & Boost and Heal & Recover. Nutritionist-led Detox Programmes can also be taken for between 1-4 days.

Other dining options include 1477 Restaurant – a refined dining experience that showcases local artisan producers. For a more informal experience, the Club Café and Bistro, overlooking the Stadium Course and the Montseny Massif mountain range, offers classic dishes and local favourites to satisfy everyone from individuals to family groups.
