Anantara Spa
The resort’s Anantara Spa is one of the largest and most luxurious in Europe, offering the healing powers of water across 2,000sqm of Roman baths that include Indian and salt steam facilities, a Hammam, Finnish and Greek saunas and a Laconium. The hydrotherapy circuit is complemented by an indoor swimming pool with massage jets, a plunge pool and an aromatic relaxation space.
Personalised paths to wellbeing are curated by the spa’s team of experts, including physiotherapists, massage practitioners and aesthetic beauticians across ten treatment rooms and two water massage rooms. Anantara’s signature spa journeys immerse guests in a world of calm and relaxation, while massages range from deep-tissue and traditional Thai styles to herbal compresses, hot stones and anti-stress techniques for men.
Two Biologique Recherche treatments – Multi-Action and Draining, Relaxing and Detoxifying – sit on a menu alongside a salt and oil body scrub, a hydrating algae wrap and a Rosalpina treatment. Facials on offer include Restructuring by Biologique, the ‘Michelle Obama’ and a Japanese facial massage.
The spa also offers a collection of medical wellness programmes to take care of the body and mind. Luxury Taste includes two 50-minute massages, a body scrub, a personalised facial and a spa circuit, while Slim Scape incorporates deep-tissue and aqua massages. A seven-day Slim & Detox pathway schedules up to three medical consultations, physical activities, guided spa circuits and body and massage treatments. Lasting the same duration, the Healthy Programme helps combat stress with a range of scrubs, wraps, detox massages and a facial. A two or three-day Golf Programme, meanwhile, aims to put you in great physical and mental shape to compete round after round.
