Offering a tailored array of activities that foster connection and harmony with the natural surroundings above Lake Lucerne’s waters, the new wellness experiences at Bürgenstock Resort include guided ‘Hydrothermal Journeys’ – which have been carefully designed to help guests overcome fatigue through the use of temperature contrasts which activate the mind and boost energy levels.
Bürgenstock Spa & Glow includes four hours use of the extensive spa facilities as well as the Glow Facial by Dr Barbara Sturm. The Dr Burgener Discovery Journey includes a 90-minute Anti-ageing Body Ritual, with a combination of exfoliation, wraps and massage, followed by a Purity Balance Facial to complete the journey.
Other experiences include ‘A Private Spa Break With Friends’ which offers groups sole use of the resorts unique Spa Suites – complete with their very own panorama sauna, steam bath, Jacuzzi, double sensory showers and a lounge.
The world of spa and wellness at Bürgenstock Alpine Spa is set over an impressive 10,000sqm and offers five pools, including an infinity pool overlooking Lake Lucerne that’s heated to a balmy 35°C, with views over Mount Pilatus, Rigi and Lucerne. Further facilities include four panoramic saunas, an Alpine steam bath, a Hammam and 13 treatment rooms.
