In a restful space filled with dazzling natural light, a visit to Terre Paisible Medical Rejuvenation & Spa starts with a thorough personal consultation to understand your preferences and lifestyle. Tests are carried out to assess your skin and body, depending on the individual treatments required, so that each comprehensive treatment plan can be carefully tailored. The spa offers a range of cutting-edge treatments and devices for the face and body that claim to provide maximum transformative results with minimal downtime.
Embracing the philosophy that the body has an innate ability to regenerate and restore itself, the beautiful spa has plushly decorated treatment suites and features a sizable pool overlooking the stunning countryside and mountains surrounding the facility. Each treatment suite is designed for privacy and there are also two suites available with private access. Facilities also include a steam room, a sauna with stunning vineyard views and a post-treatment relaxation area.
Treatments include Ultherapy collagen-stimulating non-surgical facelifts, PRP platelet-rich plasma microneedling, injectables such as botox, dermal fillers and biostimulators, The Cutera Xeo® laser for acne scars, age spots, inflammatory active acne, hair removal and rosacea and Endymed for wrinkle reduction and non-surgical eye lifts.
The spa also provides numerous biohacking treatments in an attempt to reset the body at a cellular level, including targeted treatments such as the non-invasive Emerald Laser for laser lipo, available for the first time in South Africa and exclusive to Terre Paisible, Hormone Balancing, Genetic Analysis and DUTCH tests to find the root causes of a variety of symptoms including fatigue, weight gain, sleep problems, hair loss, infertility and more.
Metabolic Rejuvenation is also offered in conjunction with UK-based functional medicine practitioner Tania Malan – founder of the ‘Raw to Roar’ movement – which provides a full picture analysis of health including hormonal and gut biome, as well as looking at genetic predisposition through DNA tests. Customised treatment plans to rebalance the body are then devised using the results, which might include Hormone Replacement Therapy or IV infusions and supplements.
