One of the most pet friendly establishments in the capital, the hotels gorgeous golden retriever Pearl greets you on arrival. The huge aromatic floral displays that surround the grand staircase, flickering scented candles and buzzing attentive staff, create a relaxed and welcoming ambience.

Sense Spa

LUMIÈRES DES SAISONS – SIGNATURE TREATMENT – A holistic care ritual inspired by the cycle of the seasons, starting with a purifying full body scrub, then a calming head, face, hand and foot massage, followed by an invigorating leg treatment, and finally a stimulating stomach, upper-chest, back and arm massage.

FACE PLACE SIGNATURE TREATMENT – Designed to meet the needs of both men and women, the Signature Treatment was first introduced in 1972 and has been named “LA’s most sought-after facial.” Using a clinical approach, the treatment combines skilled extraction techniques with a galvanic current to deliver improved skin tone, firmness, fewer lines and a clearer complexion. Each facial is bespoke to the client’s individual skin requirements ensuring optimum results.

We stayed in the Premier Suite, which perfectly combines a British manor house heritage and contemporary sophistication. Featuring bespoke furnishings in muted tones and state-of-the-art technological amenities, the suite features an expansive living room, airy bedroom and a pampering marble bathroom.

A bustling brasserie, Holborn Dining Room serves up seasonal, locally sourced British cuisine with a twist, Combining reclaimed oak with antique mirrors, red leather banquettes it’s perfect for a laid back lunch or dinner. Try the house burger, or the selection of crustacea and charcuterie. Oh, and the crab salad is to die for..
