The Mayr Med Gut Health & Detox programme is the resort’s signature offering — a targeted course of treatment aimed at regenerating the digestive system, restoring microbiome balance, and rebuilding the immune foundations that depend on gut health.
The Mayr Med Diagnostic & Prevention programme takes a broader view, combining advanced diagnostics with sustainable preventive care. Bloodwork, cardiovascular risk profiling, hormonal panels, microbiome analysis, food intolerance testing, and sleep screening all feed into a personalised health map — with the goal of catching imbalances early and addressing them with precision.
