A sanctuary between land and sea, Lily of the Valley is a haven of peace and tranquillity in Provence. Set in a verdant landscape, overlooking a sandy bay and the glistening Mediterranean sea, the hotel is just a 15-minute drive from Saint-Tropez.
Created by world-renowned designer Philippe Starck, its design is inspired by Babylon’s hanging gardens, the architecture of Provençal abbeys and the interiors of Californian villas.
The Shape Club, set in the hotel’s parkland, is the beating heart of the Lily of the Valley philosophy. Covering 2,000sqm and devoted to sport and wellbeing, a host of professional therapists welcome Lily of the Valley guests seeking support with their health and wellness goals.

A particular focus on weight management is offered courtesy of consultant nutritionist Dr Jacques Fricker, with Serenity, Intensive and Sport programmes offering expert solutions tailored to each individual guest’s needs. With durations between 4-21 days, a range of diagnostic, prescriptive and optional modalities include everything from personalised eating plans and training sessions to various massage techniques, cryotherapy and access to the Shape Club’s facilities.
Spa highlights include a heated semi-Olympic swimming pool, a large hammam, saunas, a steam room and a snow shower. The wellness centre also boasts a dedicated fitness centre and gym, offering yoga, cardio workout classes and bespoke fitness coaching sessions.
Beauty and hair services are also offered, while a restaurant caters to the tastes of every health-conscious diner.

For those putting wellness firmly at the heart of their luxury spa break, elegant Shape Club’ Suites offer a spacious bedroom, a large living room, two marble bathrooms and a private terrace with views of the hills. Promising to remain in tune with the region and the seasons, Lily of the Valley’s cuisine concept incorporates a palette of flavours that are drenched in sunshine and filled with colour. Chef Vincent Maillard crafts menus that share the stories of the farmers, fishermen and market gardeners that surround the resort.
Restaurant Vista serves up a generous breakfast buffet and offers a Mediterranean menu with Provencal touches for lunch and dinner, allowing you to dine fireside or under the stars to the sound of the sea.
Cosy and comfortable, the Club House is open throughout the day, providing light but satisfying snacks and meals that are perfect for fitness and food lovers who want to eat well and stay trim.
