The 17,000 square foot space of wellbeing returns you to a simpler time at the heart of Heckfield’s hidden landscape.

To Eat
With a focus on using local and responsibly grown ingredients, the philosophy of the Green Michelin-starred Marle Restaurant is to allow diners to experience “the immediacy of food straight from the earth”. Culinary director Skye Gyngell and his team create dishes that evolve with the seasons and feature many ingredients produced at the estate’s biodynamic market garden. Outdoor terrace dining in warmer months only strengthens the connection.
Hearth restaurant is an intimate and relaxed dining space with an open-fire kitchen and outdoor courtyard that serves understated but bountiful plates. The Glass House inside a walled garden is the perfect location for afternoon tea of homemade cakes.
Later on, indulge in a cocktail at the intimate Moon Bar in the centre of the house or sample the sensational wines from the 280-bin cellar.
