Prepare to take part in activities such as horse riding, golf, archery, tree climbing and of course spa-ing.

The Spa
The Spa at Gleneagles was given a facelift in 2021, with beautiful new spaces for relaxation, restoration and rejuvenation. With 20 treatment rooms, a steam room, a hot sauna cabin, a dark, atmospheric vitality pool, a hot tub and an Alpine onsen, there is something for every taste.

For treatments, Gleneagles has partnered with some of the world’s leading brands, including Tata Harper and Dr. Barbara Sturm, OSKIA and Seabody. There are also treatments using Gleneagles’ own oil blends, featuring natural botanicals from the Perthshire countryside.
The Gleneagles’ Wild Wellness retreat – a mindful and restorative nature-based wellness programme – offers a dose of holistic healing, while further retreats are led by leading naturopath and nutritionist Rosemary Ferguson, who has also curated menus for the estate’s Wellness and Garden cafés. There are also visiting practitioners complementing the team of experienced therapists.
