Thalassa, Superior and Deluxe rooms in the main building are furnished with king or twin beds, some with an additional sofa bed. A choice of Residence rooms provides uncluttered and elegant living spaces, including a Panoramic option with stunning views of the cobalt sea, and a Private Pool option that allows guests to truly immerse them-selves in their surroundings. The al fresco Sapori offers a unique take on the cuisine of southern Italy each evening, while Mesoyios showcases the cuisine and wines of Cyprus and Greece with meat, fish and seafood prepared in a variety of Mediterranean styles.

Bonsai is a casually elegant Japanese restaurant that specialises in teppanyaki dishes and Asian contem-porary cuisine, with a globally inspired wine list.

These excellent dining spaces are complemented by a selection of cool bars ready to quench your thirst at any time of day. The Chroma Lounge & Bar on the sixth-floor lounge bar has breathtaking views to accom-pany a variety of snacks and desserts, and a signature afternoon tea.

The popular Thalassa Pool Bar, located near the Olympic-size swimming pool, serves a refreshing selec-tion of cocktails and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, while beach bar Kohili, arranged on a small deck overlooking the sea, serves up traditional meze dishes and tapas as well as a shisha menu.
