Our e-gift cards will be sent straight to the recipient’s email address.
Physical gift cards and gift sets will be sent by signed-for first-class post.
How do I spend my gift card?
You can redeem your gift card as part or full payment on any of the spa days, spa breaks, hotel stays or spa and wellness holidays and retreats advertised on our website.
Once you have chosen your experience you can simply enter your unique gift card number in to our enquiry form. The value of the gift card will be be taken off the final balance due when you make the booking.

How do I check the balance of my gift card?
To check the balance of your gift card click here and enter your unique code. Your balance will then be displayed.
Can I use my gift card on multiple experiences?
Yes. You can use your gift card on numerous experiences until the value has been spent.
Does my gift card have an expiry date?
Yes. All of our gift cards are redeemable up to 12 months after purchase. You will be informed of the expiry date when you receive your gift card and you can also check the expiry date by entering your unique gift card number below.
I haven’t received my gift card?
For physical gift cards and gift sets please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. If you have not received your gift card please notify us at email@example.com
