Competition Terms and Conditions

• Competitions are open to United Kingdom NHS staff and key frontline workers who are UK residents and aged 18 or over, except employees of The Luxury Spa Edit, and their families, friends or any other person(s) connected with the competition. Proof of identity and age may be required.
• Winners of our ‘Wellness For Heroes’ NHS Staff and key frontline workers competitions will need to provide proof of their key worker role. A list of key frontline workers can be found here.
• All spa break prizes on offer exclude Fridays, Saturdays, Bank Holidays and Bank Holiday Weekends.
• Travel to and from venues is not included. Winners are responsible for their own travel arrangements.
• If meals are offered with a prize, beverages are not included unless stated.
• Items not included in the prize are the responsibility of the winner. Winners will be charged by the venue for any extras, such as food, beverages and treatments taken outside of those stated in the prize. Winners must have sufficient resources to meet any financial commitments which may be incurred in connection with the prize beyond those included in the prize itself.
• Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries for each competition received before the Closing Date.
• Winners should refer to the venue website for the spa break prize t&c’s, venue information and venue dress codes where applicable.
• Winners will be contacted by email within two weeks of the competition closing date. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner during the specified time. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, The Luxury Spa Edit reserves the right to re-draw another winner from the valid/correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
• All prizes are subject to availability.
• Only one entry per person per competition.
• Prizes must be taken within a six-month window from the closing date of the competition. In the event that the venue is closed (where closure has occurred due to the Covid-19 pandemic) the prize must be taken within a six-month window from the date that the venue reopens.
• Prizes are non-transferable and nonexchangeable.
• Our ‘Wellness For Heroes’ Competitions for NHS Staff & key frontline workers closes at 23:59 on July 31st 2020.
• The winners are responsible for ensuring they are able to accept the prize as set out and in accordance with these terms and conditions. In the event they are unable to do so The Luxury Spa Edit reserves the right to redraw the prize.
