Wellbeing Escapes Announces Its First Wellbeing Retreat at Tofte Manor House
Stella Photi, the Pioneer of wellbeing travel and Founder of Wellbeing Escapes will be hosting the first ‘Wellbeing Escapes’ retreat at Tofte Manor from 5 – 8 September. Perfect for first-time retreaters, this retreat is dedicated to self-care, nurturing the mind, body and soul and will feature mindful movement, including restorative yoga and Qi Gong, stress management workshops, seasonal eating workshops, and pre-sleep sound baths to calm the nervous system enabling a good night’s sleep. Guests will also be able to totally unwind in the spectacular surroundings of Tofte Manor a 17th century manor house situated in 50 acres of stunning countryside and beautifully landscaped gardens, ancient trees, and stunning accommodation, a swimming pool, tennis court, a fire pit and yurt – all of which guests can enjoy.
First of its kind, guests will have access to Stella Photi who has over 18 years of experience of and an unrivalled knowledge of the wellbeing travel market, and other experts including Kate Henley, Claudia Roth, Tara Mcleod Williams and Beth Lynch that will not only ensure guests leave feeling nurtured and nourished, but also equip them with long-lasting self-care techniques to enhance their daily lives.
The Specialists
Stella Photi, the Pioneer of wellbeing travel and Founder of Wellbeing Escapes combined her passion for preventative health with her extensive travel industry experience to create award winning specialist travel company Wellbeing Escapes in 2005. She is dedicated to making healthy holidays accessible to all and to offering down-to-earth objective advice on a wide range of wellbeing experiences. Stella will host a workshop sharing tools and techniques to manage stress including the HeartMath Experience she has trained in to help people regain balance.
Kate Henley, a holistic practitioner specialising in acupuncture, massage and dietary therapy will lead the Qi Gong Movement, a traditional Chinese practice that combines physical postures, breathing techniques and focused intention to cultivate and balange the flow of Qi. Kate will also give a talk about seasonal eating, and will focus on the Autumn season and how to live in tune with nature and adopt simple practices to find fulfilling purposeful relationships and lives.
Claudia Roth is a top transformational coach, author and retreat specialist and will showcase the benefits of pre sleep sound healing, meditations and a journaling workshop to help guests reach their best potential, understand who they really are and what is important to them.
