Review – The Cellcosmet ProCollagen Facial at The Spa at Four Seasons Park Lane
London’s beauty connoisseurs, take note – an exciting new treatment has arrived in town… Making its highly anticipated UK debut, the high-end Swiss skincare brand Cellcosmet has partnered with The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane. Infused with the brand’s advanced scientific cellular formulas, the collagen facial delivers exceptional hydration, noticeable firming, and a complexion so luminous it rivals the glow of an Alpine sunrise…

Having discovered Cellcosmet just over a year ago, I was truly captivated by the effectiveness of its products. When I heard that the brand’s facials had finally arrived in the UK, I wasted no time in booking in.
Developed in collaboration with leading dermatologists and biochemists, Cellcosmet products are designed to support the skin’s natural functions, enhancing hydration, elasticity, and radiance. Rooted in Swiss biotechnology, the brand specialises in high-performance skincare that harnesses the power of active stabilised bio-integral cells. Free from parabens and harsh additives, the products are suitable for even the most delicate of complexions.

My Cellcosmet ProCollagen Facial began with a double cleanse – first with a purifying cleanser, followed by a gentle cream cleanse – then a gentle exfoliation. The therapist, Giedre, then applied an activator gel, designed to optimise absorption and ensure the collagen-based formulas could work their magic.
Unlike most facials, where the delicate eye area is treated with caution, this facial embraces a more avant-garde approach. A collagen eye mask was applied over and around my lids, delivering an instant cooling sensation that felt simultaneously soothing and energising. Then came the pièce de résistance – the Cell Lift Serum, expertly massaged into the skin using cooling cryo sticks to sculpt, firm, and stimulate collagen production. A deeply nourishing sheet mask followed, sealing in the hydration from the products.
My skin appeared immediately firmer, more lifted, and with a truly radiant glow. The fine lines and puffiness around my eyes? Noticeably diminished. But what truly sets this treatment apart is the synergy between product and technique – every step is designed to ensure deep product absorption.
Verdict: Cellcosmet is the epitome of haute Swiss skincare, and its treatments are priced accordingly. But if you’re in pursuit of a facial that delivers genuine, long-lasting results – whether as a red-carpet prep or an investment in your skin’s future – this is one of the most effective manual facials I’ve experienced.
