Ananda in the Himalayas will be presenting the Reset & Reconnect Retreat at Casa Palmela, a luxurious 5-star haven in Arrábida Nature Park, Portugal. The 4-night journey in February 2025 focuses on achieving holistic wellness for the mind, body, and spirit.

The retreat offers a meticulously curated programme that includes daily rituals, mindfulness practices, Ayurvedic consultations, therapies, yoga, meditation, and a personalised approach to healing. Led by Dr. Naresh Perumbuduri, a fifth-generation Ayurvedic physician, the consultations will provide personalised wellness plans tailored to individual needs.

Treatments, designed to rejuvenate, restore balance, and promote vitality, are delivered by Ananda’s expert therapists.

Guided by Therese Skovgaard Poulsen, an acclaimed Sanskrit scholar and senior yoga teacher, Immersive Yoga, Meditation, and Healing Consultations will combine traditional yoga practices with mindfulness and breathwork.

Insightful sessions on Ayurveda, mindfulness, and yoga philosophy will be led by Dr. Naresh and Therese, offering practical tools for long-term well-being.

Participants will also get the chance to explore the intricacies of wellness cuisine through hands-on cooking and nutritional workshops, as well as mindful ingredient selections during guided shopping trips to local markets.
