Minos Palace Resort Unveils 2026 Wellness Programme with Visiting Practitioners
Following the launch of Nao Longevity Hub in 2025, which established Minos Palace Resort as one of Greece’s most sought-after wellness destinations, the resort is delighted to announce its 2026 lineup of visiting practitioners and a holistic retreat. Created exclusively by Nao Longevity Hub’s Scientific Board, the wellness experiences combine evidence-based wellbeing with restorative rituals inspired by Crete’s natural serenity. They all empower guests to live better, longer, and more consciously, embodying the Nao philosophy.
Responding to the rise of ‘noctourism’, Minos Palace Resort will introduce a series of new, ongoing nighttime wellness experiences from May, as part of its regular wellbeing programme. Guests can enjoy floating sound baths in the resort’s vitality pool, designed to promote deep relaxation and connection. These after-dark sessions encourage a sense of collective mindfulness, reflecting the growing importance of community within today’s wellness landscape.
The visiting practitioners will offer a diverse array of wellness treatments, classes and workshops, from energy healing and yoga to holistic and postural movement therapy. Guests staying at Minos Palace Resort during these periods will be able to book individual sessions (both group and private) depending on availability. The full list of practitioners and treatments is as follows:
